We need to control our emotions. This is very important. We need to reflect on our emotions; if they come, and we don't analyse at all, we think that we cannot control them. In order to control our emotions, we need to apply 2 things:

1. As soon as someone is angry with us, we need to resist to reply immediately. Instead of saying very bad hurting words, we need to remain as nice as possible.

2. We must learn to wait without an answer immediately. Many of us think that our way of thinking is correct and all mistakes are caused by others. You may think, "If others make mistakes, why can't I make mistakes too? Nobody is perfect."

This kind of attitude is wrong. We should think we intend to be a good human being. We need to improve in order to change our way of thinking.
