Most people don’t even think about how to contact their minds, to understand their minds. Everything which we experience, everything which we see, hear, taste and touch, and everything we think about can only be known through the mind. But mind itself we don’t know, and so mind rules everything, which means our ego-istic mind, not our natural wisdom mind but our ignorant, ego mind, is totally in charge and runs our lives, and this is why we suffer.
