Greed, hatred, and ignorance give rise to unvirtuous deeds. (Thoughts with) no greed, hatred, and ignorance give rise to virtuous deeds. Unvirtuous deeds cause all suffering and (births in) inferior realms. Virtuous deeds (cause births in) higher realms and happiness in all our lives.
