In Practice, believing in causality means to do positive things and to refrain from negative actions. It is also about clearing away cognitive obscurations and cultivating an unbiased mind. If we want to avoid suffering, we should abandon all thoughts and acts that will cause it. If we want happiness, we should develop thoughts and acts that will bring it.
