To enter Dharma’s door but then grow weary; to study, contemplate, and meditate with poisoned motivation; to have no true commitment to the Dharma, holding vows as though they were a burden; to wander from the practice of the Mahayana, cursed by eight mundane concerns: All these are grievous faults whereby persistence in the excellent aspiration is destroyed.
