Loneliness is not always suffering because such moments give us opportunities for reflection and introspection into where we may have gone wrong and how we can improve our beautiful lives to make them even more meaningful. In fact, we are not alone because we share everything from water to air with others. Thus, interpersonal connection and association with others are essential to developing a healthy and happy life. In my opinion, loneliness may begin when we try to keep away from others for the sake of individualism. The moment we cut off friendships and relationships with others, we are simply imprisoning ourselves like a silkworm imprisons itself in its own web. Therefore, cultivating healthy and meaningful friendships or connections with others is the way forward to overcome loneliness and depression. We may all go through different kinds of changes in our lives and one way or other, we are all associated with impermanence. There is no way that we can alter such nature. Yet, if we think wisely, it is the nature of impermanence that gives us opportunities in life to become someone special or admirable. However, if we take things for granted then this nature will bring us tremendous pain and misery.
