Anger, cruel words and violent actions are not our identity. They are clouds on the pure nature of our mind, and they can be removed or prevented through the development of patience, love, compassion and wisdom.
Patience is the ability to remain calm and undisturbed in the face of harm and difficulties, giving us the space to evaluate situations clearly and make wise decisions.
Patience enables us to live free from the pain of grudges, resentment and the wish for revenge. We will then be able to communicate better with others, fostering more harmonious relationships.
