There is no limit to the projections of whatever phenomena of saṃsāra and enlightenment, or self and other, that are designed by the artist of the mind’s conceptions. If this is explained generally, however, whether one believes in spiritual or ordinary phenomena, the believer is the mind. Also, a nonbeliever is the mind. For example, if someone says, “I do not believe that,” it shows there is a consciousness or mind that does not believe, which cannot be denied.
