In taking them as my shelter, by putting my whole trust in them, I gain joy and fulfilment. Fortune will come, if you take refuge here. The Nadis, Prana and Bindu are the three secret Refuges. In taking them as my shelter, by putting my whole trust in them, I gain joy and fulfilment. Fortune will come, if you take refuge here. Form, Voidness and Non-distinction are the three real Refuges. By putting my whole trust in them, I gain joy and fulfilment. Fortune will come, if you take refuge here. If you do not look to the Refuges, who will shield you from eternal suffering?
